The Kenosha Cabin accommodates up to 4 guests.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The loft includes a king bed, and the second bedroom includes a queen bed. Please note that the loft is not fully enclosed.

Yes. We use a smart lock and will send your personalized access code prior to arrival.

Yes! We welcome dogs and provide food and water bowls, treats, and a fully fenced 1+ acre yard for off-leash play. Please pick up after pets, do not leave them unattended, and ensure they are well-behaved indoors.

Yes. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher, along with cookware, bakeware, and utensils.

Yes, the hot tub is available year-round and professionally maintained.

Yes. The cabin has heating and A/C, plus a cozy pellet stove (pellets provided).

The cabin sits at approximately 10,000 feet. Some guests may experience altitude symptoms such as headache, fatigue, nausea, or dizziness. We recommend staying hydrated, eating carbohydrates, and avoiding alcohol your first day. Please consult a doctor if you have concerns.

Wildlife such as elk, deer, and small mammals may be seen on the property. Please do not approach or feed animals, and supervise pets when outside.

The cabin is accessible year-round, but winter conditions can include snow and icy roads. We recommend checking weather forecasts and driving accordingly.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, and a hair dryer.

We stock coffee, tea, and a few simple breakfast items to help you start your stay comfortably.

Yes! The real South Park is the 1,000-square-mile mountain basin you’ll drive down into after Kenosha Pass. Communities in South Park include Jefferson, Fairplay, Alma, and Como. The show was inspired by the region.
